Carved Zucchini for Halloween
If you grow zucchini like we do, you find yourselves with an overabundance of zukes. We all know that sometimes some zucchini get overlooked and turn into garden giants! In addition to shredding these zonker zukes for zucchini bread, fritters and other culinary uses, you can also use them for Halloween decorations! Simply cut them in half, then carve upwards to hollow out as best you can, then carve your masterpiece! These seem to work particularly well for one-eyed creatures… did someone say Minions? 🙂
